Waring WCT800 Series Commercial Toaster
The Waring Commercial Toaster line gets a little confusing looking at what appear to be identical units at the same price but different outputs of slices per hour. The Waring Commercial WCT800 Series varies by two types – The size of the slots and the watts/amps. It is important to know that unless you have an electrician handy you should purchase either the Waring WCT800RC or WCT820 as they are the normal plug found in most commercial kitchens. I’m a firm believer in multi-task equipment but in the case of commercial toasters I like units that do one task – fast. Therefore, in my opinion; if you need a commercial toaster for regular toast – get the Waring WCT800RC. If you need a commercial toaster for bagels get the Waring WCT820. If you do both, get both units and although it is more expensive you will be happy from a production standpoint and not be serving cold toast or cold bagels to your customers.

Waring CTS1000 Commercial Toaster
The Waring Commercial Conveyor Toaster is a great unit. I was very happy with its size and ability to be configured to fit different spaces and needs. The Waring CTS1000 has an impressive slice per hour output with complete control over the speed of the conveyor. I tested the Waring CTS1000 unit as if it was being used for a bagel shop and really put it through its passes. I really like how the outside casing doesn't get as hot as other models as well the energy stand-by function. I can't say a lot about the bells and whistles of the Waring CTS1000 because the functions it has are simple and right to the point of efficiency - and to me, that is what I want in a workhorse commercial toaster. I was very impressed with the consistent browning from bagel to bagel using the Waring CTS1000. Simply put - you can't go wrong with the Waring CTS1000 but you can save money as it is priced great!
