Globe GEG24 - GEG36 Product Review

Note: Globe recently purchased Commercial Pro so some materials may still state "Commercial Pro".
I could not do a full demo of the Commercial Pro Countertop Electric Griddles for obvious reasons but I can talk about the company and the quality of the craftsmanship. I met the owner and President of Commercial Pro at the Orlando Restaurant Show a couple of years ago and immediately admired his commitment to customer service and quality products. Since then selling the Commercial Pro line has been exactly what our company represents and wants from our manufacturers: commitment to quality, price and customer service. We have not had a single complaint on any sale of the Commercial Pro line. We have also been in close contact with Commercial Pro regarding new developed products such as the Commercial Pro Griddles listed above. The Commercial Pro CPG24 - CPG36 and CPG48 have the same great warranty many of the Commercial Pro products do and although we have not had any problems it is nice to see a company truly stand behind their brand. I would buy Commercial Pro in part because I know no matter what goes wrong I can pick up the phone and reach a person that is hands on with the equipment and dedicated to making sure the customer is happy. Also, made in the U.S.A.


Waring WGR140 Product Review

The Waring WGR140 Griddle is a new product from Waring and is perfect for low volume locations that need a small flat-top griddle. The WGR140 is ideal for catering as it is easy to transport. I also like the the WGR140 has a fully removable grease tray for easy clean-up. It runs on basic 120V power so no need for an electrician. Also, the Waring WGR140 has extra high splash gaurds making it safer and easier to find a location for it. In my opinion the Waring WGR140 is a great little griddle for low volume applications and or catering and special events. As with most Waring items the WGR140 is well built and will stand the test of time.
