  • A. We buy heavy volume and negotiated great prices. The difference is we pass those savings on to you instead of marking prices up to the market average. We routinely check prices online and are often shocked on just how much lower we are, but that's ok because we make it up in volume. Good for us, good for you.

  • Q. What is the typical shipping time?
  • A. We process orders quickly, however to properly plan we use the following ship-times to be safe.

    Waring ships within 9 Days, UPS Ground
    Hamilton Beach ships within 9 Days, UPS Ground


  • Q. What about warranties?
  • A. Hamilton Beach, Waring and Vita-Mix all offer great warranties. To see the specific warranty for the blender it is best to visit the manufacturers website as they may change depending on the model.

  • A. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking Fee and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. It is best, if you are unsure about an item to call our customer service center at 888-526-1117
